Refund policy

At Amoda Studio, all our offerings—including online classes, courses, memberships, digital programs, teacher trainings, and retreats—are non-refundable once purchased.

1. Online Classes, Memberships & Digital Courses

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Class packs, memberships, and digital content cannot be paused, exchanged, or transferred unless stated in the offer.
  • If we cancel a class due to internal reasons, we will offer a replacement session or credit.

2. Teacher Training Programs

  • Fees paid for teacher trainings are non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend due to a valid medical reason, you may request to shift to the next available batch (subject to availability and approval).

3. Retreats

  • Retreat bookings require full payment or a deposit (as specified per retreat).
  • All retreat payments are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval.
  • If Amoda Studio cancels the retreat, a full refund or transfer to a future retreat will be offered.

4. Technical Issues
